Starting EasyMailTrimmer

EasyMailTrimmer searches your mailbox for identical or redundant emails (emails that have already been included in the latest emails) and generates a summary report of those emails. You may opt to permanently delete the identical or redundant emails, or just have them moved to a local folder. By moving emails to a local folder, you may restore the original trimmed emails to Outlook at any time.

  1. From the EasyMailTrimmer menu, click Trim.
  2. Select the folder you want EasyMailTrimmer to analyze for identical or redundant emails. You may set filters by using a date range. For example, select Last 30 days to trim the identical or redundant emails that you received in the last 30 days.
  3. Select the Process Mode to trim your mailbox.
  4. The identical or redundant emails of the same email chain are grouped together. Double-click a row to open that selected email. Select the emails you wish to permanently delete or move them to a local folder and then click the desired action. You will be able to restore emails to Outlook at any time if you select the Move to Folder option.
