Symptom
This incident usually occurs when you have attempted to uninstall/install Encore Suite (or one of the supplementary products) and failed due to protection blocking by virus protection program. As a result, you need to clear the menus in your system then uninstall/install the program.
1. Unable to uninstall Encore Suite, EasyCombineMail, EasyExportMail, EasyLinkMail or EasyMailTrimmer.
2. Unable to reinstall Encore Suite, EasyCombineMail, EasyExportMail, EasyLinkMail or EasyMailTrimmer.
In general, you can select all selections in this program and it will remove all traces of Encore Suite and their associated products.
Exit Outlook.
Click and download this file http://www.encoresuite.com/support/technical/uninstall_failed_source_missing.exe.
Check the checkbox next to the product name to be removed. The tool will check the product which was installed.
Check the checkbox next to the selection below to be removed:
Install information - After removed. The install information will not be displaying in the Control Panel.
Plug-in information - Will not uninstall. Outlook will not load the product.
Startup Menu - This script will remove the shortcut from the Start menu.
Click the Remove button will clear the menu.
You should be able to reinstall again.
