In order to link the emails and display the conversations in the conversation panel, you are required to have your mailbox analyzed. This operation is usually done the first time you start Outlook after EasyLinkMail is installed. After the analysis, you will be able to view the VIP emails and the conversations. EasyLinkMail monitors incoming emails and automatically appends new arrivals to previous conversations.
