This function is used when creating project which have the same group of users. It can be a great time saver to copy a user group which is already in the system. When the copy is done the users are automatically added in the project and it is a quick and easy process. Only project owner can perform this operation. From the Start menu select All Programs...EasyTaskLink...Administrative Tools. Right mouse click on the Project Groups menu will bring up the Copy User Group from Other Project menu.
Click on the Copy User Group from Other Project menu will bring up the Select User Group screen. Select the user group by clicking on the checkbox next to the user group will add the users in the project plan.
